About HMDC

HMDC is a Government of Gujarat owned residential facility. This is a home to orphan children (only boys) who are orphans, destitute, suffering from abandonment for being mentally differently-abled. The Government in the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment admitted these children as the police and various other child helpline agencies etc, found them at various public places like Bus-stand, Railway Station, or streets without anyone taking their care. Thus the Government became their sole guardian.
